Oh, thanks for informing me on that. I knew that was the case in the MGS universe but didn’t know we accepted Nurse Redheart as Venom Snake in the Brony community.

Very late in the Phantom Pain, it’s revealed that the medic from Ground Zeroes was turned into Venom Snake. It’s become a running joke by now that Nurse Redheart became the same with Twilight Sparkle.
