Still amazing.😌

and for those of us who aren’t hard-wired to recognize faces, there’s prosopagnosia.
Correct. We’re hard-wired to recognize faces. There’s even a term for this phenomenon of pattern recognition. Pareidolia. And we even have a tag for it here.
Edited
Totally.
Oh yeah, I kinda see that.
Although that’s more likely to be coincidence than not, considering our brains are hard-wired to recognize human faces and we often think we see them in places where they don’t exist at all.

…I was gonna say something along the lines of “Oh good, it’s not just me” until I couldn’t actually find the one that I swear I noticed earlier.
I see the face of a man.
By contrast, I love it when there are tags based completely on headcanon, like say incest between two ponies who have never been stated to be family members at all in the series. Justified if the artist says they’re siblings or mother-and-daughter or whatever, but if the artist doesn’t then it’s the tagger applying his or her headcanon bias.
I
love itwhen people remove a tag because they don’t understand its definition and don’t realize it’s correct.holy sh*t I sound like a nerd
Eeyup!
Don’t ya think?
Man, that sounds awesome. I’ve seen both phenomena in the cockpit, but never at the same time.
Plainoasis: I love the brushstrokes: is this a painting or digital? Either way nicely done!
@kleptomage What happens is that the Earth got hit by a Large Solar Flare, and the magnetically charged particles hit our magnetosphere. This is what usually occurs with Auroras, but this time the particle density was such that they started hitting in large enough quantities that the resulting aurora was visible so far south. Unfortunately, I missed it myself because of my city’s light pollution.
