With the few debating over belly button piercing when Octavia was to wear midriff baring tops to show off her pierced belly button when rarity seems to like what she sees when Octavia is seen having her belly button pierced with rarity’s cutie mark or rarity having her own belly button pierced with Octavia’ cutie mark.

While the commissioner of this image is a Raritavia shipper, the image itself could be interpreted either as a shipping image or playful but platonic teasing. So I’d say you’re both right.
 
That doesn’t excuse your hostile and insulting comment, though. You might want to review the site rules again, specifically Rule #0.
