Yeah. There was quite a gap on that side of the scene, so I needed something to fill it.
Picked Twilight because the other option (Sunset Shimmer), is a bit of a pain to draw.
(It’s the hair. Very similar to Rarity’s in some ways).
There are a couple of other little details in the comic too. (The text on the stocking being one of them).

Maybe Sunset and Twilight will be having a sleepover at CHS in the school library since they both don’t have a house? The Dazzlings will fill their stockings with coal and revenge notes.
Sounds like the start of a short comic strip that. No ideas where to go with it. There’s also Sunset Shimmer to think about there too. I suspect the Dazzlings will have a bit of a grudge against her too….

Can just imagine Aria dressed up in a Santa’s helper outfit (red dress with white trim), whilst Aria is in an Elf costume.

Have the three of them singing a Christmas carol in the snow perhaps?
I’m going for a slightly suggestive outfit for these myself. (Aria’s got a short dress and long boots, probably carry that theme across to the other two).
Can’t go too questionable. My daughter sees these. She actually asked me last night when I was getting my next page done for that crossover comic. Told her I’d got a few other things to draw first.

I only ever upload my sketches here, that’s why my stuff has the tag ‘Derpibooru Exclusive’. As for why, I just found the site easy to navigate, and the people here are, for the most part, friendly and supportive.

I want to draw my own Christmas picture of them but I’m stuck for ideas at the moment.

Season 2 is in order. It’s just season 1 that isn’t.
First 2 episodes are right, but all the others are out of sequence.

I doubt it will take more than an hour to draw and colour, so I’ll get the Sonata one done later tonight.

I don’t have the DVD myself but that does sound annoying.
Very true, the only episodes that really need to be watched in order are the season openers and finales.
Thinking of doing a Sonata Dusk in Christmas outfit to go with the recent Aria one.
Which means I’ll have to do one of Adagio to complete the set.
Should be a very quick, easy sketch so may have that up here before the night’s out.
It’s even harder to watch it in order with the season 1 DVDs here. The episodes are all out of sequence on the UK release. Not that they need to be watched in order really.
Atleast all the Equestria Girls movies are out but it does make it confusing for those who want to watch it from the beginning and in order.
