Vancover; “Having basically no magic?”
 
Light Fall; “No, Why would it?”
 
Vancover; “Well.. you’re mom is an Alicorn who has extremely powerful magic, even as a unicorn. And she is the element of Magic too.”
 
Light Fall; “Yeah and?”
 
Vancover; “Annndddd you’re literally useless. You can’t do even a quarter of what she can do. Doesn’t that bother you?”
 
Light Fall; “No.”
 
Vancover; “But-”
 
Light Fall; “No. It doesn’t. I may not be an all powerful unicorn like my mother was, and I can’t fly like my father, but I’m happy.”
 
Vancover; “You can be happy?”
 
Light Fall; “Of course. I don’t lack emotions.”
 
Vancover; “……. You sureeeeee though?”
 
Light Fall; “Just go away, Vancover. Before I kick you out, literally.”
 

 
Some banter between Light Fall and Vancover. The grump vs the Show-off, joyful.
 
Light Fall is the son of Twilight Sparkle and Flash Sentry. Despite being a unicorn, he has very limited magic that can only do basic levitation and defensive magic. He, as an adult, is a librarian and has no issues being basically magic-less.
 
Vancover, on the other hand, is the son of Trixie and Octavia, and has intense magical ability, even beyond his own mother’s abilities. The idea of not having that magic scares him, and he can’t understand how his best friend/rival is completely okay without it. Especially since they’re both unicorns.
 
 
I’ll be posting Vancover tomorrow or so. Along with a BUNCH of next gens, including the cutiemark crusaders, and Pinkie’s sisters’ kids too ;)
