Thanks for adding the tags for me!
Yeah. I added the tag to the other relevant images. I think we’ll need a few more Adagicat pics before we can consider this a ‘thing’ though.
(Although she does work better as a cat than the other two thanks to that hair).
Ha ha! Catdagio is a success!
Needs adding to the other relevant pictures then. Of which there’s 5 of if I remember correctly.
Thank you very much, I’ll try that some time.
Thought I’d drop a hint for colouring in quickly on larger areas.
Use the SIDE of the pencil, not the tip.
You can cover large areas pretty quickly that way, although make sure you don’t apply much pressure or you’ll break the pencil tip.
Then go back and go over the parts you want darker using the tip of the pencil.
I think perhaps Garfield minus Garfield just proves Jon is insane. Notice that Garfield communicates in thought bubbles rather than speech bubbles? I think all along he was just imagining Garfield talking to him. Interesting.
The humor is that the comics only make marginally less sense when done that way.
Never really got the idea behind the ‘Garfield minus Garfield’ comics. Just seemed a complete waste of time to me.
There was a quote on the ‘Here Comes Garfield’ movie (first ever animated Garfield movie), that could be funny use with Adagio and Sonata.
Something like
“Good morning! You’re not going to live to see your next birthday, you know that dontcha?”
(Garfield says that to Odie after the dog barks and makes him leap out of bed)
And then we’ll have Adagio without Adagio, three panels of Sonata staring into space and saying something odd. Well ,that wouldn’t be very different from when Adagio;s around, but…
Also, take over the world, I guess is on the schedule somewhere; right after the mid-afternoon nap.
You’re very welcome. :)
That’s quick! It takes me ages to colour pictures in but that’s probably because I don’t like doing it.
Woo!
cats hate Mondays but love lasagna.
I don’t think it’s working…
Thanks. I thought I’d got her face a bit too flat here, but it’s not bad for 30 minutes work.
I suspect that caption is as likely to get me approval as what I’ve actually drawn.
