“Colour blind” covers a gamut of different conditions. The most common is red-green, which I imagine is what this image represents. I have issues with purples to blue without “washing out” issues, so for me this image is clearly doctored.
 
And if curious, Rara’s hair looks mostly unaltered here to me.

So the top part of Rainbow Dash’s mane is the German flag then.

This is genuinely interesting.

Any colour-blind folks here who can verify this?
