I’d see Twilight as a character with limited move pool but with great damage and speed, with average or below durability, due to the fact she is the Element of Magic, but dosen’t seem to use magic as much as she should.
 
Trixie on the other hand would have a diverse move pool with air attacks, stunning moves, OTGs, mix ups and fake outs, all of which on their own suck. A skilled player would, however, incorperate them all into a brutal winning strategy.
 
As for character endings… Twilight of course writes a letter about her experiences, and Trixie capitalizes on her victory to become famous and rich.
