She is not named because this type of toy isn’t supposed to have a name. Hasbro never names their exclusive special edition pony toys.

I don’t think they’re allowed to use the name “Derpy” anymore. They probably should’ve stuck to “Ditzy,” (which was in the original script to “The Last Roungup”) but I doubt they’ll do that either, ‘cause I think they’re afraid it would anger alot of fans.  
So they’re probably just going to leave the poor pony nameless.  
Honestly, I wouldn’t of minded the name “Ditzy-Doo” personally.
