I think them reaching 100% actually ACCELERATED their donations, as people are donating money in a short term frenzy of celebration.
 
I think they’ll reach about 110% by the end of the donations.

Now it is at 103%.

Aesthetics are also largely subjective. It wouldn’t surprise me if, in terms of appearance, Tianhuo was the least popular of the characters, but I suspect she’ll still have enough fans that it won’t significantly impact the number of people interested in the game.

Video games are a visual medium. The actual designs and looks of a character are a big part of what allows people to enjoy them. Its what conveys the character and who they are to the player and part of what allows us to connect with them.

They’re not going to alter her visual design. They don’t have the time or money to do that, and Faust was working for free. They’re not going to just walk up to her like a rank employee and ask for a redo.  
The only tweaks she’ll get is gameplay tweaks.
 
And nothing against her race, but her face is ugly, and her wings just don’t look very good, despite the cool idea behind flame wings.
