There is no general RSS feed for all uploads; instead you can watch tags (either by clicking the little plus icon by the tag on image pages or by manually entering the tags in your account settings) and then see the latest images with those tags under the “Watched” tab on the top bar, which will have a link to an RSS feed for your account’s watchlist.
