Personally I just put down a wad of each and then run my fries through it but if you actually mix them you basically get cocktail sauce which is equally good.
I just can’t get my German brain around curry ketchup on anything but Currywurst, but combining it with mayo sounds suspiciously like Arby’s Sauce and Horsey Sauce together, and that is a proven winner on fries.
Curry ketchup-mayo combo. Accept no substitutes.
Chipotle mayo > lime mayo > regular mayo
