He’s a cardboard cutout of a nice guy. His heckling felt forced and shoehorned in. It wasn’t funny, and it doesn’t seem to match the “character” that the writers supposedly established. Not to mention that the writers swept him under the rug and hoped that the audience would forget him in both of the sequels. Now, it’s less that there’s reason to hate him and more that there is literally no reason to like him.

You should be surprised that there are some people who aren’t surprised. Flash is so bland yet gets all the attention both on screen (that is the first two movies) and the fanboys. The only time I see Flash as a likeable character are in fanfics, and its like I enjoy my steak being cooked. Rare or well done.
You’d be surprised how many people have dedicated their lives to proving that a blue haired teenager is the worst fucking thing to have ever happened period.
