With a difference that Spike actually loves Rarity romantically and Discord are just jealous of his single best friend. There were nothing even remotely romantic in their interactions in this ep.
Read her other tweets, all of them are half serious jokes. There is nothing new to it. Nicole Oliver teased Dislestia after S4 and that also wasn’t a serious thing. Until Director or writer doesn’t confirm then we are going to base the ship on the episode dynamic. And for now we have one sided Fluttercord in similar fashion as Sparity.
