Beyond that, you’ve also got hair (including eyebrows and eyelashes) and breasts on a creature with scales (or scales, pelvic and anal fins on a mammal if you prefer), a distinct and shapely lack of subcutaneous blubber on an aquatic animal, and awkward forelimbs that negatively affect the hydrodynamic profile of the creature and would be completely useless for underwater propulsion. But it’s all within artistic license.
