Did she? I thought she just realized she was making pony comics and decided to do something that could actually be worth something in the long run.
 
… No, really: Plenty of artists end up making new accounts as a result of realizing, once life catches up to them, that they’ll need to put their efforts towards something that can actually help with a steady income. Others drop out of art altogether, acknowledging it as “just a phase” due to how difficult it actually IS to make a steady income with artwork.
 
I don’t see how she would’ve put ANY value in Spike: He’d gotten a few scenes with pretty much no value in them.

Well, yeah. She started placing actual value in Spike. This supports my conviction that most artists would rather sacrifice everything than treat him with the same respect as any other character.

And then this artist suddendly deleted his account and his tumblr taking all his work to the grave…  
I will never be able to finish it…
