Clara’s easy: spunky schoolteacher, who could it be but Cheerilee? The others are somewhat harder, I agree. I’d propose Caramel for Rory, and maybe Soarin for Captain Jack. Maybe Lyra for Bill? Her portrayal in the fandom is generally quite lighthearted and very gay. Dunno about Amy, though, or Nardole.

They’re both canon now :P. I wonder if Derpy is the first companion, or is it Roseluck, or they’re partners of the Doctor simultaneously?

Roseluck goes Bad Wolf and pulls a deus ex machina so that there is no more conflict. Whether that means pulling Derpy’s atoms apart or simply giving her a lifetime supply of muffins to distract her from the Doctor is anyone’s guess.
 
Point is, Roseluck/Doctor is more show canon, so Roseluck wins. The end. =P
