The thing is that Vinyl’s more like a vampire who isn’t really doing it out of hatred. If a cross and/or holy water would work on her to kill her vampirism without harming her she might be interested in it. She /was/ just attacked one night and became a vampire that way, hence the quote earlier in the comic where she said “I haven’t been okay in a long time.”

I imagine Dio’s only weakness out of sunlight, stakes, garlic, holy water, and crosses is sunlight. Van Helsing among others claim Dracula is also immune to stakes and crosses because getting killed by those would be lame. XD
