Obviously it’s not a fetish for everyone, just like not everyone who draws diapers has a fetish for that either. I’m just pointing out that it is, in fact, an existing fetish. There are also indeed people who are fixated on it in a non-sexual way as well.

Not always, some do it, ‘cause they think it’s cute/funny, or enjoy drawing characters in other ways, or ’cause they like those kinda episodes from old cartoons, I guess. (Or maybe they just watched to much “Rugrats” as a kid.)
 
Admittedly, though this artist does seem a tiny bit… obsessed with it though… (Even drew a few older pony characters in diapers.) Still, at least his baby pics are “clean,” and overall look cute/innocent.
 
Some other “diaper”-fixated artists oddly like drawing dirty leaking diapers, and such… EW!…

Y’know, this baby-pony design actually looks kinda better/cuter then the ones in the show. (Also tiny wings! So cute!)
