I have to be honest, I think this could be a very positive development for the MLP/EG brand. It’d be a great way add romance to the side franchise without affecting a character from the base franchise, and dealing with Twilight’s reaction to this could be a great way to have a storyline about coping with the heartbreak of the end of a first crush.
Flashlight I’m okay with, though no matter who chooses to cross the barrier, there will be implication issues.
But Sunny and Flash getting back together after she’s had time to readjust to her new life, and Flash gets to know the new her better?
I’ll admit, that has very tasty possibilities.
