That had nothing to do with Rainbow not being there; the Elements didn’t work because their friendship wasn’t in synch due to Discord’s scheme. Even if Rainbow HAD been there, it wouldn’t have made a difference since they were all Discorded.
That doesn’t mean anything; the Elements act as a gestalt. That’s like saying there’s a most important link in a chain.
Maybe we wouldn’t complain so much if Twilight didn’t become so fucking boring after Season 3. Seriously, I’d rather watch Cadence.
Didn’t I point out the power of them elements responds to the bearers and may not need all the element there to work, just the bearer.
I mean the “rainbow power” is basically an upgrade of the powers of the elements without the need for the elements being there.
