Yeah, it’d be a while. My schedule is a little all over the place at the moment. It really only takes a couple of nights a panel, because I can get really bogged down with getting things as accurate as possible, because I love these universes far too much to muck it up. :)

Guessing it’ll be a while before we see the finished piece though?

My own sketches that I’ve done (Ponies playing 40k), take me around 2-3 hours to do.
Something of the quality Sanity-X produces probably take a couple of days of constant work.

Wonder if the artist himself will comment here?
