Now I have this headcanon that it’s possible for Unicorns and Alicorns to learn transformation magic… however certain features mean their scope is limited. A Unicorn could pull off a perfect imitation of Rarity for instance but a disguise like Derpy would still have a horn and no wings like the user.

Also their voice wouldn’t change so it’s not a very useful skill.
