Whatevs Just to confirm what Acidicore said, I indeed titled it with that in mind. Wanted to name it "Rarity and Octavia" first, but that'd be so boring ;)   Zombie_Trotsky Most people agree that Octavia would play classical songs. Those who play/listen to classical music are often seen as graceful/high class.

@Whatevs- Think of it this way, Rarity symbolizes physical beauty while Octavia represents the beauty in music, a more surreal form, but some music can bring a whole gambit of emotions other than simple attraction.

I think it would be cool if the song was about Rarity’s classier tastes compared to her friends more uncouth
 
and Octavia singing it as well.
 
Rarity comes to accept them later and we get a scene at the end with Octavia enjoying some time with Vinyl but not admitting it
 
…Though I’m sure Studio B’s idea is much better

If we do get a Rarity/Octavia thingie in the show, I hope there’s a scene acknowledging the she is Pinkie’s sister fanon, even if she isn’t, I want to see Pinkie be all obnoxious towards her, and Octie’s is trying her darnedest to ignore her sister/crazy pony who is stalking her
