it might be because adding one of the character_tits tags(raritits, titsie, etc.) will auto-add the breasts tag, but that will not also auto-add the nudity tag.
but seriously, just do a search for “breasts”. It says right there at the top that breasts implies nudity
Really? Because I don’t see that most often, unless those who tag are more diligent about removing it.
