Description

Fourth in a set of images I made in 2011 after noticing that the colors of the different varieties of TikiCat cat food were very similar to important pony colors.

Some people do feed their pets “people food”. But you have to make sure it’s not food that isn’t nutritious to them, or poisonous. Cats are obligate carnivores, and they can’t each much else other than meat.

It’s super healthy and has actual, real food in it, instead of the meat factory floor slop most canned cat food consists of. http://www.tikipets.com/hanalei_luau/

Compare that to the ingredients of the average cat food you’ll find at Petco. Unspecified meat by-products, animal fat, or meat/bone meal. Crap that’s left over. These cans were seen (and are sold at) Pet Food Express.

That’s the cost of actually nutritious cat food. Although, you can get stuff that’s better than mass-produced crap for a bit less; Nulo is only $1.99 for about 5 ounces of food.

The cans you see in this photo are 6 ounces each.
