I think around season 1 they were about 7-8, according to one of the scripts.
I always assumed they’d be around 10.
Seeing how “5 years old” is being a li’l kid for them, apparently they age more like humans. Either that or have different callenders.
Nopony knows. My guess is 8. Mostly because I theorize Rarity is about 20. which would make Rarity 17 in the flashback because shes already a Mare.
I sometimes think of myself slapping my younger self in the back of the head who in turn slaps an even younger version of me and so on.
Then I realise that there is some older guy standing behind me and - SMACK!
