You know what, so am I
They take 5 jump attacks to kill unless I remember wrong, and their attacks are far more powerful this time around too.
I hear the Dodongos in Majora’s Mask are basically the measuring stick used to measure the strength of each weapon or attack because they’re so damn resilient…
In OoT, a backflip after an attack would land you outside it’s range, but not here, due to the Dodongos greater size. This is why I actually prefer to take them out with Deku Link, because his projectile is safer than regular Link’s attacks(until he gets the bow, lol).
While Deku dies in one hit from the fire breath, it’s never gonna hit, but that spin attack will!
I’ve done OoT, MM, TP and WW. I also forbid myself from picking up hearts during a dungeon.
OoT is by far the easiest, and MM and WW probably compete for number one(with WW coming out on top due to the Savage labyrinth). TP can compete with WW, but only if we count the optional equivalent of the savage Labyrinth.
MM took OoT enemies and gave them range upgrades or extra attacks that are faster(Iron Knuckles are a joke in OoT, in MM they got a quick crosscheckin-style attack that does two hearts of damage, which it uses to retaliate when hit).
WW has bigger, more aggressive hordes than the others, meaning that you are likelier to take a hit from something. Solitary enemies are a joke due to Parry Attack, though.
I’m not skilled enough to pull one off in ANY Zelda game.
Yeah, doing Three Heart challenges are a lot easier(and more fun) in the 3D games.
Okay, make it a SIX-heart challenge.
This would still be utterly brutal on Hero Mode in that game, though.
Was mostly thinking of ALBW when I said that, yes. :j
…Actually, now that I think about it, Lynels in ALBW would ruin a three-heart challenge even if you WEREN’T doing Hero Mode, because with the original tunic, their fire breath does FOUR hearts of damage.
…And that’s why I don’t do challenges like that.
I don’t usually do three-heart challenges (I’m not good enough to be able to pull it off), but you think that’s bad? Try doing a three-heart challenge in Hero Mode. Specifically, the Hero Mode of A Link Between Worlds, because in that one, enemies do FOUR times the damage rather than just twice the damage. Including the dreaded Lynels.
Which is probably why I’m never going to do Hero Mode in any game. …Though from what I hear, in the ALBW version of Hero Mode you can at least get collectible recovery hearts unlike other versions of Hero Mode…
The big one on Outset can kill you if you’re doing the 3-heart challenge. (Other stuff can kill those taking up the challenge, but well, in other installments. WW is really fucking easy, some say. :T )
Nah, they just turn red and ram into you.
She’ll die in the CMC villain episode anyway. ;D
Oh, if only that…wait, chickens went extinct! We only have pigs, and they don’t even spawn heavily after attacking them.
Is there a way I can organize my favorites so that they appear by the date I faved them, rather than the date they were first uploaded? It USED to be organized that way, but it’s not now…
Send in the chickens!
