Rarity would be the first to fall. She gives too much of herself.  
Applejack would come second. Her life has been ended, and her entire unlife is a lie.  
Then Pinkie Pie. Smiles and laughter would die away after such tragedy.  
Twilight Sparkle would be the next. Her friendships would dissolve under this unholy pressure, and the very magic she loves is destroying her.  
Rainbow Dash would be broken, resisting to the very end. Too loyal to her last remaining friend to let herself stop, but without the strength to save herself or Fluttershy.
 
Fluttershy would be the last. She is stronger than ponies think she is. And she will either a terrible witch, or become the kindness of the next world.

Also, I can kind of see Applejack and Pinkie having a bit of banter over who has the better firearm. I have to say, I think Pinkie and Twilight have the best weapons in your images.

It’s nice to see someone being original and not using color-overs of the existing outfits. And what beautiful outfits you’ve drawn! I personally love Pinkie Pie’s, it’s like a combination of Mami’s and Madoka’s with a few original twists. Also, the detail on her soul gem is great!  
(I’m assuming they all have their own original stories and wishes in this version, maintaining their own personalities, so…was it really wise to give Pinkie a gun? You know…once her insane side starts creeping in?)  
Applejack looks badass too, and Rarity is actually quite graceful here. Excellent portrayals, keep it up!

It would be better if their limbs weren’t so long and thin. Other than that, a very well done picture.

I like how they all keep their soul gems in slightly different locations
