That brings me back to fun times in S2 when the previews kept everyone guessing.
Big Mac being a member of the Ponytones? My mind can’t comprehend that.

*Episode is named Filli Vanilli, a reference to infamous R&B group Milli Vanilli who got busted for lip syncing
*Big Mac lost his voice. We can presume he’s a bass. Again, probably because they need a bass.
*Rarity says they can’t perform with Big Mac because she’d have to re-arrange all the music.
*This preview shows Fluttershy in what appears to be Zecora’s hut.
*Synopsis says Fluttershy is forced to take “drastic action”.

She hasn’t gotten any more screen time than anyone else though?? Seriously, where are people getting this idea?
OTOH, this episode was apparently written by Amy Keating Rogers, so maybe she could pull it off.
…That’d be pretty funny actually.
The first three were pre-PYHD, where I set the demarcation of quality. KCaFO was an improvement but portrays Fluttershy being reckless and judgmental of her friends, IMO.
Funny, that wasn’t the lesson in Stare Master, Green isn’t Your Color, A Bird in the Hoof, or Keep Calm and Flutter On.
I agree with you. FLuttershy is stale and I wish they had something better to do with her.
I know that feel, no clue why her and the Apple Family are getting so much screentime…
After spoiling the Pinkie balloon joke last week, I’ll take this over that.
Fluttershy panics, resorts to lip-synching, learns she doesn’t need to do that, probably goes postal on whoever got her to lip-synch, and then sings beautifully and perfectly (and really she was shown to be a capable singer back in Cutiemark Chronicles) because she’s good at everything.
Sorry to be a wet blanket, but my patience with Fluttershy-centered episodes and scenes is wearing thin, especially with the bias and obvious gimmicks involved with her this season.
Enjoy it, that’s the last song until April 5.
