Not so sure about the “magical lesbian spawn” tag, this artist portrays Dash as a herm, including testicles, whic means she produces semen, and her and Pinkie have sex pretty much all the time, vaginal mostly.

so, simple logic, Dash produces sperm, Pinkie produces eggs since she is not a herm, therefore, some of Dashie’s sperm reached one of Pinkie’s eggs, thus, convicing a child, so, in a way, it is “normal” pregnancy
