“Newborn Cuties” is considered G3.75 as it’s a different thing altogether, like Tales for G1.

“G3.5” is more a disambiguation label for the series to the left.
 
The others are the G3 specials (Venus Terzo as Rainbow Dash) and G3 Core 7 (when the more well known G3 theme was first used) for the same purpose.

Agreed, but because it’s not ‘G3.5’ but rather an another part of ‘G3’ and has it’s own elements. Sadly it has no name (number?) besides being simply called ‘Newborn cuties’, unlike the other gens…

Oh, don’t get me wrong, I never said G3 fans are “bad.” Many are quite nice, and I respect what they like, even though I’m not into G3. (I like some of G1 though, especially the Smooze.)
 
I was just saying some complain about G4-fans for “hating on G3” (or G1) and in turn bash G4, acting no better then the people they complain about. Over on an Applejack club, I help manage on DA, we actually got a comment from some random person on the front page who was bashing bronies for that reason…
 
I also don’t get why so many girls/previous-gen MLP fans hate bronies so much. (Even an Anti-MLP-club I saw on DA is ironically full of previous-gen fans.) I’m not going to deny the G4/brony fanbase has issues, like EVERY fanbase does, but attaching a stigma to the term “brony,” or some fans acting like they’re “better” then bronies, (especially when they do all the same things they do) and such bugs me.  
Plus most guys think it’s “cool” when girls/women like “boy-ish” things like TMNT, Transformers, and such, so it’s kinda a double-standard to that some girls/women think “guys are ruining ponies for li’l girls,” and such.

I trust there are nice G3 fans, whom most also have nothing against G4 either.
 
But it’s unfortunate that most of the G3 and 3.5 fans we hear from are hideously vainful towards G4 and Bronies.
 
I guess it’s this “clique mentality” that is naturally part of humans and other animals in this world.

I’ve seen some others who like G3, and G3.5 on DA & Tumblr.  
Including a few hipster MLP-fans who hate G4 for being more popular with bronies, and such. (Or because they had a bad experience with a brony, or few. Some told me they get made fun of for liking G3, and such.)
 
It’s kinda a vicious cycle, G3-fans hate G4/G4-fans for bashing G3, while G4-fans don’t like G1/G3-fans bashing G4, and such. It reminds me of some of the drama 10 between older fans of the original campy ’80s/‘90s Ninja Turtle show, and ones who prefer the 2003 TMNT series. (Heck some TMNT2K3 fans hate the new Nick show for not being as dark as the 2003 show. Apparently, they haven’t seen some of the more “nightmare fuel”-ish moments, and such.)

Sadly, lots of people think that G3.5 is Newborn Cuties. In fact, the only person I know who likes G3.5 is ClassicsareDEAD on DeviantART.

That’s what really made the movie, for me. (Also, at the beginning, Twi trying to get the wings under control. She really doesn’t learn a new body too quickly, does she?) And I’ll definitely give Rainbow Rocks an hour and a half of my time too.

Yeah, I also liked her trying to use a computer. I also liked how Spike had to keep helping her, or reminding her of how to act in this world. (I don’t care what anyone says, dog-Spike was adorable.)
