Yeah i guess IIRC it’s some crossover stuff where Xion gets adopted by the main character or whatever?
tips top hat I do what I can
That is both stereotypical and appropriate, congrats.
punches 2D “Slag off, ya tosser…”
But at least that’s got a logical explanation.
Eh, for the swastikas part, I would pin that on the Nazis themselves. I mean, they just had to use a peaceful symbol commonly seen in Buddhism and have that represent them while they commit their heinous misdeeds.
Regardless, I still blame popular culture for misrepresentation of religious icons. It’s like the Swastika all over again.
I’m not saying it IS or ISN’T an improper symbol, I’m just saying in this context it represents Satanism.
But that’s misattribution due to people who don’t know anything claiming to be experts. ‘Satanism’ was originally an interchangeable term for Paganism used specifically by the Christian faith, both simply meaning ‘Any Religion That Isn’t Christianity’.
I blame popular culture.
Yeah, Saint Peter. I was raised Catholic. But it is MUCH more well known as a symbol of Satanism.
But the inverted cross is a catholic symbol, referring to a saint that was crucified upside-down.
Nope. He’s the opposite of a Catholic. Notice the cross is upside down.
He’s Murdoc. The guy hugging him is 2D and they’re both in a cartoon band called Gorillaz. Murdoc doesn’t like 2D very much.
