This is Safe Haven the dream pony OC. The artist is Paladin.

Basically, Safe Haven appeared to an anon in a recurring nightmare and turned it into a dream. The guy was having recurring nightmares for years, and then this pone popped up and intervened as a dream character. He posts on mlp every few weeks with any new dreams he has.

There are pictures of the /mlp/ threads on here under the tag ‘safe haven’
