One thing I will admit though is, the graphics are kinda cute. I like checker-pixel look of the grass.

I don’t wanna start anything, but I think the artist Ponett only wanted to be on the “DNP list” on Derpibooru, just because people here were criticizing/mocking his immature behavior, his hatred of bronies/MLP-fans, (even though he basically is one) and his rabid support of DWM. (He even bashed J.J. a few times on his blog.)
 
But let’s not get into that, and just talk about the game… (Otherwise, this’ll just get taken down to…)

Nah, it’s pretty poor to be honest. The characters are OOC, the writing isn’t particularly great, the graphics are inconsistent, and frankly the entire game just feels unfinished.
 
There’s a thread on 4chan discussing it if you want a bit more detail and reviews from other people.

The dialogue is pretty good, got lots of laughs out of it.  
The gameplay is like final fantasy mixed with pokémon (to me at least).  
I did run into a missing or incomplete area in the desert just after the cmc store which crashed the game and set me back to my last save. Some sprites just seem like they don’t belong in the game at all early in the game you might see a realistic horse walk up to it a end up battling with a pile of goo.
 
It’s pretty enjoyable for the dialogue alone and feels like the battles are there to give a reason to go on or extend the game. From the start in Fluttershys house things are very OOC and might get annoying.  
 
It’s the only part that offset me.  
Wish I got straight out of that house and onto the path to the story which has none of the nonsense found in that house. It is based in a different universe that’s non canon so I guess that can be an excuse for the OOC.
 
I think it is a good game though and the environment definitely suits they style of game as seen in the pic above.
