Hm, guess there’s no argument I can make against someone actually looking at the image and taking the dynamics into account, once I actually consider what you’re saying.

Aj is not sitting perpendicularly on RD, she’s positioned herself some degrees to the side. That makes Aj’s mass rest entirely on one half of RD’s chest, making what I said about tilting half of the weight (which by now, is actually All of the weight, simply because radians and understanding where a lot of pressure could from, which in the case of tilting, is only from one half of the chest, because, this is what titling looks like: / ), even more difficult.
 
so, yeah. Aj made it as hard as possible for RD to get out of it and I gotta give props to the artist for that final touch.

I know it’s kind of an old comment, but look again at Where exactly Applejack chose to sit all of her weight. It’s pretty much the central point of our body, the most unreachable spot for our hands, foot, Anything.
 
what you suggested is literally impossible for the get go. For one thing, it’s a well known fact that the difference between a human foot and arm is that the arm has more precision and accuracy, while the foot has more muscle and frame.  
From where RD is standing, if she twists her arm to grab Aj’s leg, she won’t have that much of a precision, or accuracy with her hand to work with, plus, she also won’t be able to use all of her arm’s muscles.
 
and even in the case she could, what exactly would that do? are you suggesting she could pull what I assume are 70+ kilos off her back, that much weight that is not only pinning her movement immensely, but also restricting her air circulation? the best she could do with that is just twist Aj’s leg, which Aj will realize she is trying to do and move her leg out of RD’s reach.  
I would wager a push up is more likely to get that kind of weight off her back in comparison to that, even if the weight is that of two bodies. At least with that, she has a better holding and can use more muscles to help her lift that weight off her.
 
but there is one way she could lift her off, it’s to tilt the weight and cause it to lose balance. If she can’t cause Aj to lose balance and fall off, she has no chance to get out, period. That is the easiest way to get out of this and it’s not possible, considering how little muscles RD shows in here and how much their frame differences are in Aj’s favour, because she would use both her arm muscles and her back at the same time to do it, which gives Aj a lot more pressure in just the right place to deal with.

Yeah I suppose. It just looks like it’d be possible to grab at least one of AJ’s legs and roll to upset her balance enough to escape.
