All the more reason not to freak out I guess. But if they hold their head up their horn is generally not in a position to be dangerous, If however they are leaning their head down be cautious, especially around Celestia/Luna/Cadence. (the rest have fairly blunt horns)
Y’know, I’d be pretty worried if a unicorn crept behind me; it only takes one jolt and bam, horn halfway through your nape.

I’d be willing to bet that ponies have less reason to fear the person sneaking up on them are there to assault them.
Spontaneous affection is all well and good, but I’ve had multiple people try to stab me… Let me know you’re coming, at least.
Though my hearing is good. I can usually tell who’s walking up by their footsteps.
My comment on the pic is the same as last time: Not my preferred pairing, but it’s got blushing Rainbow Dash, so I approve.
I’d love if someone did this to me.
