The thing I like about this animation is that it wasn’t hyped up like Double Rainboom. It’s also some really kickass animation.

Guess I hafta watch Wakfu now…fuck. A series gets recommended to me every day and I only have so many times.
 
Also the cutest thing about Children of The Night is how Luna turns her head as she sings.

I always herd good stuff bout Wakfu, just never got round to watching it for realsies, maybe the whole Highlander animated show nagged in my head a bit when I found out it was french, but then again, French comic book and visual novel artists are the best in the biz, plus that explanation that you provided needs no further clarification

luna wanted to take the children away from the hard times and all the suffering and give them a safe new place to grow and build…
 
the lack of resources, breaking celly’s trust and other factors might have been what pushed luna into NNM..
