If all Trixie like Luna wants respect, and respect manifests as either love or fear, i think shed be content with the latter option. Not happy - but content. I not only wouldnt blame Trixie for going the evil route but honestly id encourage her at this point.
Pick up the Alicorn Amulet again Trixie. Its for the best.
@Background Pony
I find it odd that you’re of the opinion that the megalomaniacal, mildly sadistic, loner, borderline amoral outcast witch with a prominent and semi-justifiable grudge is completely unsuitable as a villain. It doesnt take the Almight Fausticorn to point that out.
If she lets the jealousy grow, like Luna did, who knows what she would do? She may have apologized, but only for hurting Twilight’s friends. It’s Twilight she has a beef with, not them.
:c
So because she is so eager to become the best, not much else matters.
She wants to convince herself she is the best, so she acts like it. Not being that popular she is forced to challenge other ponies, so she can prove herself. When that fails, her hopes was most likely shattered. So broken and hurt she has to go to the extremes to beat the one that ruined it for her. Even if it means to become evil.
Well, Trixe could have been duping Twilight when she talked about being good now. She had a really malicious look on her face before putting the amulet on, and she is a performer by trade.
Plus, didn’t she work on Magic Duel since it was supposed to be an S2 episode?
ONTO NIGHTMARE GILDA!
Magic duel episode = Trixie villain
LIES! LIES AND SLANDER! I love you, Trixie…
but they screwed that up
oh well
Are you fucking kidding me?!
