Because most people are aware of the progression of time. Though, we usually require a clock and calendar in order to keep track of specific points in time. X3

Umm, hello? The movie’s already been out for a few years now.
I heard it was ‘So Ok it’s Average’.
No, I’m pretty sure Friendship Games is coming out around 2016.
I thought it was OK, more or less, and a lot of people did like it.
I don’t know if we can verify nearly everybody as the previous commenter suggested though I concur the ones who hated it at least appeared to be the majority due to being vocal online.
I can’t say the greatest things in the world about it, but there’s some silly fun factor about it for me.
Well, I don’t. And I don’t think I’m really in a minority. But I will agree that Rainbow Rocks is better.
Nearly everybody thought that the first movie was a piece of shit.
This movie sucked! No it was good! No it sucked! No it was good! No it….. etc
I actually don’t mind Equestria Girls. But Rainbow Rocks is definitely better. Regardless, I am excited for the 2017 film.
