Brief Description: Empress Andromeda Quasar is the oldest of the Phoebean Royal Family. She will be the next Queen after Cassiopeia ascends to join Sun-Singer or step down from her ruling. She rules the Norma Arm of the Milky Way with 300M star systems under her wings. She rules with very little but strong rules. She’s not as harsh on others as Cygni Pulsar, but will enforce her rules if needed to.
Once you get to know them: Andromeda is a silent but wise ruler who believes in peace rather than war. She does not engage in anything related to death or battle, unless it is for her family’s sake.
