This is how Alicorns were made before the elements came around and just rainbow blasted them into existence. a daring enough pony would fuck a pheonix and they’d become immortal. Probably why Celestia has kept Philomena around for so long.

Poor fluttershy.
That really would be the best follow-up. It’s hilarious to imagine Twilight her friends having a nice innocent lunch with anon while Philomena is there, and Fluttershy being the only one present who understands every debauched thing that the bird is saying.
