Is the size of the pear supposed to indicate he has weak Earth Pony magic, or was this drawn before the 45 minute special or whatever it was (probably not since Posey has appeared), or are you just ignoring that part of canon (which would be fine)?

Or, and I doubt this, did Sprout just realize it was best to start small? Maybe the staff at the hospital told him when he came in with a fruit at least as big as his head and he had to go back and grow a new one real quick?
