Sure you may be able to take over, but is that a good idea when you don’t know that much? The smart person…er pony,,, er buggy is the one that knows what they don’t know.
I mean, could you imagine just dropping a new leader into the role with no past experience, no training, and having to learn that all as they went? Even Twilight got more and more responsibility slowly over the seasons, getting effectively tutored by the former leader and still didn’t feel like she may be up for the responsibility.
I mean who would irresponsibly drop a newbie into a leadership role? Truly a recipe for disaster….
