This seems to be the exact opposite of the general reaction, most Twilicorn haters have been rather rabid while those who like the idea, or like me don’t care, don’t really get that upset about it. This pic really is nothing more than representing those who disagree with you as “straw-men”. Besides how is the concept fundamentally flawed? Cadence was a foal sitter so it’s not like Twilight is going to go live in a castle. And saying “they can’t be friends with a princess” is rather worrisome, like saying success should be punished with social isolation.

The more you all downvote stuff like this, the more this picture proves its point.

Also the sentiment on this board is generallyy that Alicorn Twilight is a thing that is happening, some people like it, some don’t most don’t care all that much, but mostly “there it is”. I’m more than aware that other sites and communities hold a much stronger view one way or the other, at least in the way they vocalize their sentiment.
 
On derpibooru what annoys people the most isn’t dramatic events as much as meta posts/art about the drama caused by those events.
