It is a joke … The day (May 25) is a reference to towel day (because Twilight had 42, which is another reference to the Hitchhiker’s guide to the Galaxy, as her race number in Fall Weather Friends), while her age is just a guess.

Where did their age of “May 25, 979 A.N.M.” (21 at the start of the series) come from? The other licenses don’t have actual ages just jokes.
