Summary: Pipp Petals plays all the songs from My Little Pony: A New Generation in order through her phone for an audience at the Sydney Opera House concert hall. Meanwhile, Zipp Storm learns how to play instruments with the help from others in the Utzon Room.
“Aah, what a beautiful and relaxing weather up in the sky…” Pipp Petals said in a voice that sounded like Fluttershy’s voice, flapping her wings and smelling the sky being soft and fresh. “The only thing I like about the sky is that they have fluffy clouds that look like cotton candy. Oh, how delicious…”
“Ponies can’t taste clouds.” Zipp Storm reminded Pipp Petals, knowing that a pony tasting clouds would not be a good idea.
“But they could be a bit delicious.” Pipp Petals claimed, defending her own opinion against her sister’s opinion.
Zipp Storm, giving her sister an angry glare, said, “No, they aren’t. Never delicious. Period!”
However, Zipp Storm started looking down below, seeing a building from very far away. “Hey, look, I see something!” She told Pipp Petals, as she saw a building that she seems to know of.
“What is that building?” Pipp Petals asked her sister, wondering what the building her sister was looking at from below her was. “Well, let’s go see.” Zipp Storm replied, as they began flying towards the building.
Zipp Storm and Pipp Petals land nicely as they come down on the ground and they then realized the building is the Sydney Opera House.
“I can’t believe it! This is the Sydney Opera House!” Zipp Storm shouted with excited, feeling more excited about seeing the Sydney Opera House. “I wonder what’s inside.” Pipp Petals said, wanting to see what is in the Sydney Opera House.
Inside the Sydney Opera House, Pipp Petals and Zipp Storm have just entered the main lobby, and both Pegasi ponies seemed just as excited as they are already.
“My, I have never imagined in my life I’d be visiting this place!” Pipp Petals said with excitement, as it was her first time visiting the Sydney Opera House. “Neither have I!” Her sister said with more excitement.
“You know, the Sydney Opera House is known for music, art, and restaurants.” Zipp Storm told her sister, giving her facts about what Sydney Opera House is known for.
Pipp Petals understood what her sister was telling her before she walked towards left, which would be Doors 1-7. “Wait for me.” Zipp Storm followed her sister.
“We should go and look for the concert hall because I wanna play all the songs I have on my phone.” Pipp Petals told her sister, having interest in playing all the music from My Little Pony: A New Generation to an audience at the concert hall.
“You have all the songs from the A New Generation on your phone?” Zipp Storm asked Pipp Petals, curious about how her younger sister have all the songs on her phone.
Pipp Petals replied with a very confident voice, saying, “Sure do, because I have downloaded all the songs since a while now. I’ve listed every single song in order, with my own song as my top favorite song from the movie! Oh, you just gotta admit that everyone on Derpibooru loves that song as the best song from the film!”
“Hey, I’m sure they can’t argue with that fact.” Zipp Storm said, feeling determined that everyone around social media finds “Glowin’ Up” is the No. 1 song from the film featuring them.
“Wanna see my list?” Pipp Petals asked her sister, as she would already know that her older sister is interested in seeing the songs she listed in the order of her choice. “Of course!” Zipp Storm replied, as her younger sister pulled her phone out and show her the song list.
As Zipp Storm is looking at the song list on Pipp Petals’ phone, the other six songs are in this order: “Together” is No. 2, “Gonna Be My Day” is No. 3, “Fit Right In” is No. 4, “It’s Alright” listed as No. 5, “I’m Looking Out For You” is No. 6, and “Danger, Danger” is the last one.
“Whoa, that’s a really epic list you got!” Zipp Storm told Pipp Petals, liking her song list she made.
“Aww, thanks, sister!” Pipp Petals said, appreciating her older sister’s comment about her song list. “I’m gonna perform these songs for an audience at the concert hall.”
Zipp Storm allowed Pipp Petals to go further ahead on her own, as she decided to go somewhere else on her own, wanting to do something else.
“How funny that everpony except me has a song.” Zipp Storm said to herself, feeling somewhat upset that she doesn’t have her own song like her other friends do, especially her younger sister.
A few minutes later, Zipp Storm was back at the main lobby, looking for answers on how she can find a different concert hall from the one her sister was attending.
“Excuse me, do you know where I can go find a different concert hall around this building?” Zipp Storm asked a man wearing a black suit with shoes matching them. “Um, take the direction towards the right and you’ll find the Utzon Room.” He told her, giving her advice on where she needs to go.
Zipp Storm took the man’s advice, following the path he told her. “Too much with concert hall, I should try musical instruments along the way.” She said, hoping there are musical instruments in the Utzon Room.
As she reached the room, Zipp Storm saw nobody and nothing in the room except just herself and a piano. “Where’s everybody at?” She wondered, confused about nobody appearing in the concert hall room where she is.
“Hey, what’s this?” Zipp Storm wondered again, turning her head around seeing a piano behind her, and walked up towards the piano.
“I know musical instruments don’t exist in my universe, but maybe I should try and…” Zipp Storm said before she was interrupted.
When Zipp Storm turned around, she saw a group of musicians coming into the room, carrying several other instruments with them, too. They, at first, didn’t notice her in the room, but as they looked at her sitting on the chair, they reacted with confused look on their faces.
“What’s she doing on that piano?” said one guitarist named Jenna, who asked the other musicians about the pony playing the piano, as they all watched her play the piano.
One musician named Joseph, who is holding a violin, began walking towards the winged pony, starting with a question. “Mind if I ask where you are from?” He asked, as he wants an answer on where she is from.
Zipp Storm turned around, looking at Joseph, replied, “Oh, I’m a mare who comes from Zephyr Heights, where all winged ponies live. I have a sister and a mother.”
“And how are you doing with your family?” Jenna asked Zipp Storm, as she really wanted an answer about Pipp Petals and Queen Haven. “My mother is at Zephyr Heights, and me and my sister are visiting this place, except we aren’t in the same concert hall.” She told Jenna, having herself separated from her younger sister for a reason.
“Where is Zephyr Heights?” asked another guitarist named Clara, wondering what Zipp Storm means when she’s talking about the place.
“Um, long story, but that’s in my universe.” Zipp Storm chuckled, looking a bit nervous telling the humans about her hometown. “Maybe someday in the future, me and my younger sister can take you there.”
The musicians felt honored over what Zipp Storm said, and they wish she really takes them with her. “Now that I wanna see happening!” Jenna said, as she, like everyone else, wants a chance visiting Zephyr Heights in Zipp Storm’s universe.
“Could you come towards us, please?” Joseph nicely asked Zipp Storm, as he needed her for something. “Since you seem that you have some interest with musical instruments, you can stay with us for some time and you can learn how you can be a great musician pony.” “Gee, thanks. I’m really honored.” Zipp Storm blushed, feeling that she is understanding how to play musical instruments for the first time with the help from humans.
Meanwhile, Pipp Petals is at the concert hall, preparing an announcement for a whole audience, saying, “Good afternoon, everyone! My name is Pipp Petals, and I am a pegasus who comes from another dimension. This, right along with me, is my little phone that I have and you’ll might love what’s gonna be on the phone, everyone!”
“Ooh, are you doing songs?” asked one boy wearing a yellow-green shirt with light blue stripes. “Yes, you are correct, my friend!” Pipp Petals replied, as she started setting her phone up with a projector so that she can play all her songs from the movie.
“Listen up, everyone!” Pipp Petals told the audience, as they all must listen to her first announcement.
“All songs on my phone will be played on phone connected with the projector, and they are played in the order I’ve listed them in.” Pipp Petals told the audience before she played the first one, which was her first and only song she ever has made, “Glowin’ Up.”
The song popped up on the projector screen, having the audience stunned with her song being played from her phone onto the projector screen.
“This pony is really a good musician!” said one mother with blond hair, sitting next with her two daughters, as the audience kept watching the entire song, eventually making them feel amused.
Back with Zipp Storm in the Utzon Room, she was practicing playing the guitar, as she sat down on the floor so that it would be easier to play the instrument.
“I think I have it right.” Zipp Storm said, as she carefully played her hooves on the strings so that they don’t get messed up.
“Honestly, this pony is really understanding how musical instruments help you feel relaxed.” Clara told Joseph, watching Zipp Storm play the guitar the correct way. “I’ll admit she’ll be a musician in the future someday.” He responded back with a sarcastic look on his face.
Zipp Storm continued playing the guitar, which had the musicians surprised with her practicing the musical instruments. She kept playing for a couple more minutes until Joseph decided that it would be time she would play the next instrument.
“Okay, Zipp, next instrument.” Joseph told Zipp Storm, in which she stopped playing the guitar, as he handed her his violin, along with the bow that goes with it.
Zipp Storm, now playing the violin, was in a bipedal pose where she was holding the bow with the front right hoof. “If I do good at this, I could be a musician just like my younger sister.” Zipp Storm said to herself, knowing that she can be just like her little say one day as long as she practices musical instruments even further.
“I must say, you don’t see ponies playing the violin very much.” said another musician named Thomas J. Simpson, who was holding a similar instrument called the cello. “At least this is the first time time you would see a pony play the violin.” Jenna replied.
Pipp Petals, on the other hand, just got finished playing with the next four songs. The only songs left on her phone are “I’m Looking Out For You” and “Danger, Danger”.
“Alright, this song will hit the audience with spectacular!” Pipp Petals said, playing the sixth song, which was about Sunny and Izzy, on her phone for the audience, which popped up on the big screen, starting with the lyrics from Izzy Moonbow that sounded like this, “Up ahead is a sky growing dark”.
The entire audience have been impressed with every song that has been played so far, and have been enjoying it, some began clapping with the current song played.
Five minutes later, back in the Utzon Room with Zipp Storm and the musicians, she was given a trumpet from a musician named Christina H. Watson. “You know, playing instruments aren’t such a bad idea after all…” She told the musicians, as she started playing the trumpet, and at the same time where her sister was in the concert hall, the last song just ended.
“Thank you, thank you, everyone!” Pipp Petals told the audience, as they all congratulated her for playing all the seven songs for them on a projector screen.
Shortly, a man dressed in a black suit walked up, approaching Pipp Petals that contained an award for her skills. “This is for you!” He said, giving her the award for playing all the seven songs for the audience that helped them understood the meaning of music.
“Oh, how sweet!” Pipp Petals said with excitement, as she accepted her award from the man, in which the award said, “This is award is given to Pipp Petals for her singing talent and playing songs for an audience.”
Pipp Petals waved goodbye towards the audience and carried her award right along with her and began looking for her her older sister.
A couple minutes later, Pipp Petals was outside the Utzon Room, where the door is cracked open a little. “My sister is playing instruments?” She asked, watching her sister play instruments that’s been going for several minutes.
“Hey, someone’s at the door!” Jenna told the others, which interrupted Zipp Storm from playing the trumpet, who sees her sister outside the door.
Zipp Storm handed Christina the trumpet back before leaving, though she still waved goodbye and they all appreciated her for playing musical instruments.
Zipp Storm and Pipp Petals, now together again, felt that today was a musical adventure during the trip inside the opera house.
“I must say, you actually did good, big sister.” Pipp Petals told Zipp Storm, as she knew that her older sister could do good with playing musical instruments. “Yeah, sure have!” Zipp Storm replied with a brave look on her face.
“How did it go with the audience at that concert hall?” Zipp Storm asked Pipp Petals, really excited over what her younger sister has done alone. “Things went great!” Pipp Petals said with happiness. “Plus, they all liked every song I played on my phone for them! I’m telling you sister, everyone finds my song as the No. 1, forever! Nobody can change my mind!”
“I’m never gonna disagree with you for the song you’ve made.” Zipp Storm told Pipp Petals, as she would always agree with her younger sister about the “Glowin’ Up” song. “Oh, nice award you have with you.” She continued talking, looking at the award her younger sister was given.
“Thanks, it was for all the songs I played and also my singing talent.” Pipp Petals replied, as it meant everything for her and her sister, as playing instruments could help Zipp Storm someday be like Pipp Petals in the future as a dream, too.
