I like plenty of ponies, Rainbow, Scootaloo, Gilda and Spike (even if they aren’t ponies), Nightmare Moon, Pinkamena and Twilight to name a few.
 
Scootaloo has plenty of personality, have you ever actually seen an episode with her in. She’s not as one-dimensional, Rainbow Dash obsessed as people portray her. She’s got plenty more personality than the other two, for sure. Who do you find has lots of personality, eh?

I’m not entirely sure what you’re trying to say there, all the characters have flaws, and I’m cool with that. However, some flaws are bigger to other people, and those flaws are sometimes more than enough to cause dislike. I don’t like Fluttershy, her personality rubs me the wrong way. That same personality is loved by a lot of people, you get me? There’s always a reason.
