After doing a bit of research, I find out that the meme originated….in 2011.
 
Funny. I guess 2021 really is the year of the old memes, since the previous resurrected meme Mordetwi also originated in 2011. Maybe we will see a few more old memes return before the year is out.

TLDR a few years ago someone took a still fram from the movie Beauty and the Beast of Gaston doing a really weird/derpy looking face, with someone adding the text “DIDNEY WORL” to it.
 
It eventually spread to other disney movie of people making weird faces and then the meme evolved from there
