I like to think that Twilight wasn’t completely immortal, and that time simply took it’s toll on Equestria over time. Or perhaps Twilight was placed in a position where she had no choice but to destroy magic rather than let it fall into the wrong hands.
Either way, I refuse to believe Hasbro would just take the Last Jedi route. We don’t even know how long it’s been. It could’ve been a millennia for all we know.
Yeah, The animation looks smooth and the designs are pretty, we will have to wait to see if the story is any good and if the characters have actual personalities, also I want to know the lore behind what caused the division of the ponies in Equestria, it must be a pretty big event to defeat the princess of friendship….
